We started the 'Korean Street' project to introduce today's Korean street foods. Korean streets or 'alleys' are full of traditional markets, modern convenience stores and pojangmachas (tent stalls). These alleys represent the multifaceted and deep culture of today's Korea and they are where tradition and modernity co-exist. With Korean Street, we share our love and experience of Korean food with you and want you to take 'Korea To Go'.

SEOUL EDITION

Our 'Seoul Street Sauce' series include three types of sauces named after three key tourist destinations in Seoul: Itaewon, Gangnam and Namsan. Each sauce was created to capture the unique taste and design characteristic of the destination it represents and takes you on a fascinating journey into Korean flavours.

Starting with the Seoul Street Sauces, Korean Street's upcoming products include rice crackers, toppoki, japchae, kimchi and ramyeon.

Itaewon is a multicultural area in Seoul where you can enjoy food from all over the world. Paying homage to the symbol of freedom and splendour that is Itaewon, we took inspiration from toppoki and exotic spices to create our unique blend, the Itaewon Hot Spicy Sauce. With its sweet, salty, spicy and umami flavours, this sauce can be used freely and complementarily on any food. It goes particularly well with kimbap, salad, grilled meat and pizza.

Gangnam is a dynamic place where you can enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee during the day but dance and sing passionately at night, as lyrics of Gangnam Style state. In our Gangnam Kimchi Sauce, we added our own twist by removing coarsely ground garlic and fish sauce which are typical ingredients found in kimchi. We did this to emphasise the light and crisp taste of kimchi, whilst maintaining its punchy flavours. Experience Gangnam with our kimchi sauce.
